This smallest of all paella pans, with a diameter of only 12 cm, is used in Spain especially for frying, arranging and serving the famous tappas. It is also especially suitable for frying an egg or preparing one portion of food for a child.
The alchemists among our customers can also use the small paella pan for steaming small pieces of plants and to calcinate, and later for washing out the salts for spagyric elixirs.
